Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to allow the petitioner for appearing in the Medical Test as well as Common Entrance Exam (date of which is yet to be declared) by the respondents in pursuance to the Notification dated 26.05.2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents-UOI has produced a copy of letter dated 03.11.2023, which is taken on record as Mark-A, wherein it has been mentioned that the said recruitment rally has been cancelled as they had introduced the Agniveer Scheme, in wake of which the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. 3.
