R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition . Dismissed as withdrawn.
The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2014. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously but preferably within a period of 8 months. Prosecution through State counsel is directed to produce and examine all the witnesses within the aforesaid period.
The trial Court would examine the witnesses by fixing shorter dates and the witnesses present be examined on day to day basis. The trial Court would, however, make endeavours to conclude the trial even before that period.
