The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of 'the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023', for quashing of the GD No.31 dated 18.10.2025 (Annexure P-1) under Section 333, 115(2), 118(1), 191(3), 190 BNS and Section 118(2) BNS added later on, Police Station Narot Jaimal Singh, District Pathankot in FIR No.71 dated 11.10.2025 (Annexure P-2), for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 191(3), 190 BNS (Section 117(2) & 118(2) of BNS added later on vide Rapat No.30 dated 22.10.2025), Police Station Narot Jaimal Singh, Pathankot, along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The quashing of FIR has been sought on the ground of compromise.
