No.98 dated 21.07.2014 registered under Sections 304, 394, 326-A, 323 and 483 IPC at Police Station Lehra, District Sangrur At the very outset learned Additional Advocate General on instructions from ASI Lakhvir Singh states that the prosecution evidence has concluded.

In the circumstances, petition is dismissed.
