The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus hence directing respondents No. 3 and 4 to give protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners, from the hands of respondents No. 7 to 9. 2.
The learned State Counsel, does not have any objection, to an order being made by this Court to the respondents concerned, to look into and decide through a speaking order, representations Annexures P-5, and, P-6. 3.
Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents concerned, to make a decision in accordance with law, and, pass a speaking order upon the representations (Annexure P-5, and, P-6) within three weeks from today.
