**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner No.1 seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 309 dated 27.8.2012 under Sections 148/149/302/506 IPC registered at Police Station Nissing, District Karnal. Vide order dated 8.4.2015, this petition qua petitioner No.2 has already been dismissed. Notice of motion was issued and interim protection was granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the course of investigation, petitioner-Surender Kumar was found innocent. However, he was summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. He further submits that in compliance of the order dated 8.4.2015 passed by this Court, petitioner has surrendered before the learned trial court. He prays for allowing the present petition. CRM-M- No. 10149 of 2015 (O&M) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Charan Singh, P.S. Nissing, submits that petitioner-Surender has surrendered before the learned trial court.

In view of the above, order dated 8.4.2015 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute. Petitioner-Surender shall furnish fresh and adequate bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial court within a period of two weeks from today. Disposed of, accordingly.
