Despite the case having been called twice, none has put in appearance on behalf of appellant.

Perusal of the file shows that on previous three date also i.e. 13.02.2019, 30.04.2019 and 27.05.2019, the appellant had gone unrepresented. As per office report dated 23.05.2019, letter was issued to Mr. OP Hoshiarpuri, Advocate for the appellant for the date fixed i.e. 27.05.2019. FAO-961-1989 (O&M) -2photocopy of paper-book, as the original record was burnt in major fire which broke out in this Court in the year 2011. However, there is no response from learned counsel for the appellant, despite writing of two letters informing him about the previous date and producing records. In view of the above, the instant appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
