Learned counsel for petitioner submits that application form complete in all respects pursuant to advertisement No. 1/2024 was submitted by petitioner through online mode on 19.01.2024. However, due to an inadvertent mistake, the same could not be scanned and uploaded and on the last date for submission of forms i.e., 31.01.2024, despite her best efforts to upload the scanned application form, it could not be uploaded due to some glitch/error. Representation dated 02.02.2024 was submitted by petitioner, but the same has not been decided by respondent no.1. 2.
