This petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order of transfer of petitioner upon her promotion as a Matron dated 27.10.2023 (Annexure P1).

Learned State counsel has produced a copy of order dated 01.03.2024 as per which the petitioner shall be adjusted on promotion against the post that would be vacated by Smt. Balwinder Kaur, who is retiring on 31.05.2024.

This satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the matter may be disposed of as such.
