Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that a direction be issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Batala to refer the matter to Permanent Lok Adalat, whereas by now he has not moved any application even before the learned Magistrate for referring the matter to Permanent Lok Adalat.

Present petition is not maintainable at this stage and the same is hereby dismissed. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to move an application before the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Batala for referring the matter to the Permanent Lok Adalat.
