(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to look into the matter and to ensure that the investigation pertaining to FIR No.246 dated 12.8.2017 registered at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Ludhiana under Section 306 of Indian Penal Code is concluded at the earliest in accordance with law, so that a final report is submitted thereafter expeditiously preferably within a period of 2 months from today.
