**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 113 dated 25.12.2015, registered under Sections 406, 498-A, 313, 506 IPC, Police Station Valtoha, Tarn Taran. Notice sent to respondent No. 2 has been received back served but there is no appearance on her behalf.

Counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 01.4.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

State counsel on instructions from ASI Nirmal Singh states that all the articles have been returned and the petitioners have joined the investigation.
