HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to Chief Judicial Magistrate, Taluka Court, Nakodar, District Jalandhar, to conclude the trial in complaint case No.122/1/11 dated 10.08.2011 titled as Baldev Singh vs Jaswant Singh and others. Vide order dated 08.03.2022 passed by this Court, report of the District & Sessions Judge, Jalandhar was called for regarding the delay in decision of the above noted complaint. In compliance thereof, report dated 08.04.2022 of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, has been received, stating therein that due to Covid-19 Pandemic and restrictive functioning of the Court, the matter could not be taken up and now, the Magistrate concerned has assured that the matter will be decided expeditiously. Feeling satisfied with the aforesaid report, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition. Dismissed as not pressed.
