*** Learned counsel for the petitioner has not placed on file certified copy of order passed by the trial Court showing that petitioner has since appeared and has been admitted to bail. But learned State counsel on instructions from HC Gurdish Singh has stated that petitioner has in fact appeared in the trial Court and admitted to bail. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 16.3.2018 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
