******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 11 dated 13.05.2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 382, 411 of Indian Penal Code, 25 of Arms Act and 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Kamboh, District Amritsar, as being Superdar, he failed to appear before the trial Court and could not produce case property i.e. motor cycle bearing Registration No. PB-02-BD-4109.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the copy of order dated 15.05.2017 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar and stated that petitioner-Sewa Singh i.e. Superdar had appeared before him and Sachin Mehta 2017.09.27 11:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH

CRM-M-10223-2017 -2also given his explanation regarding non-production of the case property, which has been declined by the trial Court vide order dated 11.09.2017. As the petitioner-Superdar has appeared before the trial Court, this petition is allowed. The trial Court shall, however be at liberty to proceed against Superdar in accordance with law.
