ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 03.11.2020 vide which a direction was issued to dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

As per the affidavit of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) dated 17.03.2023 filed in the Court today, an enquiry was conducted on the complaint and Joginder Singh is found to be cultivating the land and therefore, no further action is required. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
