From the perusal of record, it is evident that while issuing notice of motion, this Court vide order dated 08.12.2000 stayed further recovery to be made from the petitioners. The order dated 08.12.2000 reads as:- "

Notice of motion for 08.05.2001.

To be listed alongwith CWP No. 12218 of 2000. Meanwhile, further recovery from the pay of the petitioners on the basis of impugned order shall remain stayed."

Mr. N.C.Manchanda, Advocate submits that a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 12218 of 2000 vide order dated 15.10.2024 has held that recovery with respect to NPA cannot be made from Veterinary PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2025.03.11 04:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.16895 of 2000 (O&M) -2Surgeon. The case of petitioners is squarely covered by said order because petitioners were also working as Veterinary Surgeons and issue involved is with respect to payment of NPA at the rate of 142% or 240%. 3.

Ms. Rajni Gupta, Addl. A.G., Haryana, on being confronted with the aforesaid order, expressed her inability to controvert applicability of order dated 15.10.2024 passed in CWP No. 12218 of 2000 to the instant case.

In the wake of order dated 15.10.2024 passed by this Court in CWP No. 12218 of 2000, the order dated 08.12.2000 is hereby made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of.
