NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.618, dated 13.10.2019, registered under Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO) at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mohindergarh.

The statement of the alleged girl in question has been recorded. As per her statement, the petitioner is a co-villager, who came there to help her. He only wrote his mobile number on her hand, as she did not have any paper, so that she can call him in case any help is needed. However, she alleged that it was other boys in the auto, who misbehaved with her. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of concerned CJM/Duty Magistrate.
