Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 24.02.1997, Annexure P-2, vide which, land of the petitioner has been attached by respondent No.3, and order dated 04.08.1997, Annexure P-3, whereby immovable property of the petitioner is being put to auction, and order dated 27.07.1998, Annexure P-5, passed by respondent No.2, vide which, revision petition preferred by the petitioner, has been dismissed.
