The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 22.03.1993, 07.04.1993, 20.04.1993 and 21.11.1994 (Annexures P-1 to P-4 respectively). 2.

A perusal of the order sheets reveal that there has been no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 21.11.2023, 05.02.2024 and 09.05.2024.

Today, Mr. C.S. Singh, Advocate appears and informs the Court that earlier counsel Mr. Gaurav Singh Hooda, Advocate has expired in the year 2017 and thereafter, he has no instructions to appear.
