**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 46/2017 dated 10.2.2017 registered at Police Station 'A' Division, Amritsar under Sections 304-B, 302, 34 IPC.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is the fatherin-law and it was a love marriage and initially the FIR was registered under Section 302 IPC but ultimately it was found to be a case of hanging. Counsel further submits that the family was opposed to the marriage and simple marriage was performed and the parties belonged to labour class and they were living in one room and the incident had taken place during day. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner's wife is working as a maid and was away and the dispute was between the couple and it is not a case of demand of dowry.

Crl. Misc. No. M-11110 of 2018 -2between Sandeep and his wife and the marriage was simple. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
