Learned State counsel submits that out of 19 witnesses 18 witnesses have since been examined and only 1 PW remains to be examined. The next date of hearing fixed in the trial Court is 17.5.2018. It means that the trial is likely to be concluded in near future, therefore, this petition stands dismissed, however, the the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial by giving short adjournments preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in the Court. The prosecution is directed to ensure the presence of the witnesses summoned for a particular date and should avoid seeking adjournments without any justifiable reason. (H.S.
