Learned State counsel, on instructions, has submitted that respondent No.5, against whom the allegations had been levelled by the petitioner and qua whom a representation had been made, is no longer the Sarpanch.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to avail of the alternative remedies.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
