The allegations against both the accused are of having received a sum of Rs.18 lacs from six victims on the false pretext of getting them recruited in the Railway Department.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners have since entered into the compromise with all the victims as per written deed dated 9.3.2016.
Learned State counsel on instructions concedes that petitioners have effected an amicable settlement with all the six victims and thereby refunded the agreed amount to them. In view of the said development he does not oppose confirmation of interim bail granted to petitioners vide order dated.
