******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.91 dated 18.12.2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 457, 380, 409 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code and 13
(1) (d) read with Section 13 (2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, at Police Station Phul, District Bathinda.
Heard.
As per copy of order dated 04.04.2018 supplied by learned counsel for petitioner, the petitioner has put in appearance before trial Court and was released on interim bail.
As trial is in progress and petitioner is now appearing before the trial Court, interim order dated 03.04.2018, is made absolute, subject to subject to following terms:- (a) The petitioner shall comply with the conditions mentioned in Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.

CRM-M-11133 of 2018 -2- (b) In the event of his absence on any date of hearing, the benefit of bail allowed to the petitioner shall stand withdrawn. The trial Court shall be competent to cancel his bail bond and surety bond and proceed to procure his presence in accordance with law. In that eventuality the petitioner shall have to apply for bail afresh. (c) He shall not leave the country without the previous permission of the Court.
