Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to constitute special team under Additional/Assistant Director General of RISHU KATARIA 2020.02.20 17:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

A copy thereof, has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. By producing photocopy of judgment dated 22.04.2015 of the Revisional Court which is taken on record, dismissing revision of petitioner challenging order dated 22.08.2014, whereby his complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., with similar allegations against the respondents was dismissed, learned counsel for respondents No. 13 to 16 submits that both the petitions are definitely abuse of the process of law.
