By producing photocopy of judgment dated 22.04.2015 of the Revisional Court which is taken on record, dismissing revision of petitioner challenging order dated 22.08.2014, whereby his complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., with similar allegations against the respondents was dismissed, learned counsel for respondents No. 13 to 16 submits that both the petitions are definitely abuse of the process of law.
