(ORAL) This petition has been filed for grant of regular bail in FIR No.127, dated 10.08.2016, registered at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran, under Sections 302, 364, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 216, 216-A, 473 and 120-B IPC added later on).

The petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial. The same should preferably be concluded within six months from today.

Pending miscellaneous application, if any, also stand disposed of.
