Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR stating that the entire proceedings qua the petitioner as the entire disputed amount stand paid off. However, looking the records of the case file shows that none appeared on 20.02.2020. Thereafter on 08.08.2022, a request for adjournment, through a proxy counsel, as been recorded in the order was made and subsequently again the case was called twice on 29.10.2022, but no one appeared to put in appearance for assisting the Court. Today also the situation is same, because though the counsel is present but has sought an adjournment in the case. Such kind of approach is not acceptable by the Court.
