(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 404 of 21.11.2015 under Section 306/323/452/506 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Madhuban, District Karnal.

Learned State counsel on instructions has informed the Court that the trial is at the final stage, as out of 17 witnesses, 07 have been examined and the rest of the witnesses are official witnesses. In view of the above, no ground is made out for grant of regular bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Dismissed.
