Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of complaint No. RBT-9 dated 13.05.2015/10.05.2017 titled as "Seema Goel v. Daljeet Kaur", under Sections 406 & 420 IPC and also for quashing of summoning order dated 06.03.2017 (Annexure P2) on the basis of affidavit dated 22.01.2019 (Annexure P4).

Petitioner, in this case, was declared as proclaimed person vide order dated 05.03.2018 (Annexure P3) by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ambala. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is ready to surrender before the learned trial Court.
