This petition has been filed for quashing/setting aside the impugned order dated 02.08.2023 (Annexure P5) passed by respondent No.2. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that the petitioner has already been recommended for being transfer to Circle Office, Jaura Chhittran, vide order dated 15.02.2024. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition and may be disposed of as such. 4.
