By way of present Criminal Revision Petition, petitioner has assailed the order dated 02.01.2025, passed by Ld. Trial Court in Criminal Complaint bearing No.COMI-5599 of 2013, titled as, "Ravi Kiran Jain v. Suman Jain and another", whereby, application dated 05.11.2024 filed u/s 348 of BNSS, 2023 (Section 311 of Cr.P.C.), has been dismissed. 2.

On the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
