The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with prayer to direct the official respondents No.1 to 3 to transfer the investigation arising out of FIR No.1130 dated 14.12.2022 under Sections 323, 324, 34, 379-B and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines Karnal, District Karnal (Annexure P-1). A further prayer has been made to order fair investigation in the cross version FIR No.1129 dated 13.12.2022 under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 379-B and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines Karnal, District Karnal (Sections 307, 325 and 201 IPC added later on). 2.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 10.10.2023 and 15.01.2024. Even today, no one has appeared to assist the Court on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned State counsel submits that in FIR No.1130 dated 14.12.2022 under Sections 323, 324, 34, 379-B and 506 IPC, Police Station Civil Lines Karnal, District Karnal (Annexure P-1), the allegations leveled in the FIR were found to be false and a cancellation report was prepared by the Station House Officer, Civil Lines Karnal, District Karnal on 17.03.2023. He further submits that in case FIR No.1129 dated 13.12.2022 under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 379-B and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines Karnal, District Karnal (Sections 307, 325 and 201 IPC added later on), final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has already been presented before the Competent Court of Law. The matter is also subjudice before the Court of Law.

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, no further directions are required and the present petition is ordered to be disposed off accordingly.
