The application is duly supported by an affidavit. Keeping in view the above, order dated 18.03.2019 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original position and number.

CWP-4476-2019 Counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to avail his appropriate remedy for the redressal of his grievance.
