(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in criminal complaint bearing No. 70 dated 25.09.2014 under Section 12 read with Section 16/17/18/19/20/22 and 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.

On 01.06.2016 this Court had relegated the parties to Mediation Centre for an amicable settlement but as per report of the Mediator dated 05.10.2016, the mediation has failed between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioners has informed the Court that in compliance of order dated 01.04.2016, petitioners have appeared before the trial Court on 06.04.2016 and submitted bail bonds. The certified copy of order dated 06.04.2016 is taken on record as Annexure A-1. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
