Petitioner has sought a direction to respondent no. 2 to 5 to conduct inquiry pursuant to representation, Annexures P1 & P2 submitted by her.

Mr. Vikas Malik, DAG Haryana, who was asked to assist the court on the last date of hearing submits, on instructions from SI Balbir Singh, who is present in court, that civil litigation is pending between the parties. Petitioner made a statement before the police official way-back on 25.10.2012 that she will await the outcome of civil litigation.
