Learned counsel for the petitioner states that on the website of the District Courts, Ambala the status of the petition sought to be transferred, by way of present Transfer Petition, bearing No.HMA/817/2020 under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is being shown as "Disposed of" and as such he does not wish to press the present petition. He, however, seeks liberty to revive the petition in case the information given on the website is found to be incorrect.
