RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners No. 1 and 2, namely; Sangeeta Bhardwaj and Prandi Bhardwaj, have expired due to their old age. Now, only petitioner No. 3-Harkesh Bhardwaj, remains. Learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to raise all the pleas taken herein, before the trial Court, by way of application. Ordered accordingly.

The trial shall continue.
