Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently, the details of the employees, who were similarly situated to the petitioners but were granted the benefit of regularization of their services in preference to the petitioners, could not be mentioned in the petition, hence, the petitioners intend to approach the respondents by giving the details of the employees, who were either similarly situated or were junior to the petitioners but were granted the benefit of regularization of their services in preference to the petitioners and the respondents be directed to decide the said grievance in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel submits that in case, any grievance of the petitioners qua the name of the persons, who were granted the benefit of regularization of their services in preference to the petitioners is raised before the appropriate authorities, the said grievance will be considered and decided within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing appropriate speaking order. 3.
