The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to grant him revised pay scale with effect from 01.01.1996 as granted to all government employees.

Ms. Rajni Gupta, Advocate submits that petitioner was not a government employee whereas he was employee of Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Limited. The Federation determines pay scales of its employees as per its financial resources. The petitioner cannot claim parity with government employees. 3.

CWP No. 16990 of 2000(O&M) -2years. The matter is pending before this Court since 2000 and cannot be kept pending for an indefinite period.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to petitioner to move an appropriate application within three months from today, if cause survives.
