(Oral) The petitioners by way of the present petition seek directions to the official respondents that mandatory provision of Section 160 Cr.P.C. be followed in case the petitioners are required for any investigation in FIR No.20 dated 21.01.2022 under Sections 406, 417, 420 and 120-B IPC registered with Police Station Ellenabad, District Sirsa. The learned State counsel on instructions from SI Tara Singh contends that the petitioners are required for investigation and, at this point of time, they are said to be accused.

In this view of the matter, no further orders need to be passed by this Court and the petitioners are at liberty to avail their alternative remedies in accordance with law.

Disposed of.
