**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel has produced a copy of order dated 25.02.2019 vide which order dated 16.01.2017 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Rupnagar has been upheld by the Divisional Commissioner, Rupnagar. Licence of the petitioner was cancelled vide order dated 16.01.2017 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Rupnagar.

While filing the present writ petition, the petitioner has not made any averment in respect of the aforesaid facts. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
