Learned State counsel has submitted that 37 PWs have been examined and only 4 PWs remain to be examined.

Faced with the aforesaid position, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, in case, there is inordinate delay in conclusion of trial, the petitioner would be at liberty to file petition for grant of bail afresh.
