NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to file criminal revision petition before learned Sessions Judge.
Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the above prayer. He further submits that the respondent would not object to the application for condonation of delay to be filed alongwith the revision petition, in view of the fact that the petitioners have chosen the present forum.
