(Oral) By filing the instant revision-petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner-landlord has sought the indulgence of this Court for the issuance of direction to learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bathinda (for short 'the Executing Court') to decide Execution Petition No.193 of 2019 titled as 'Satish Kumar Singal versus Sham Lal Singla and another' in a time bound manner, while averring that he is 77 years old and had filed the above-referred Execution Petition in the year 2019 and the same has not yet been decided.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner-landlord in the present revision-petition, at the preliminary stage and have also perused the file carefully.

Keeping in view the facts that the petitioner happens to be a senior citizen and the afore-mentioned Execution Petition is pending NEETU RANI 2024.02.23 15:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment PHHC, CHD
