***** KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) The State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagar Singh submits that both the petitioners have been declared innocent by the police vide DDR No.24 dated 10.4.2022 and as such the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

( 2 ) CRM-M-9402-2022 In view of the above, present petition stands dismissed having been rendered infructuous. However, if in future the petitioners are required by the police, 5 days prior notice be given to the petitioners. In case, any amount has been deposited by the petitioners in compliance of the interim order passed by this Court, the same be refunded to them by the concerned Court.
