Perusal of the file reveals that vide order dated 23.07.2002 passed by the Division Bench of this Court, the present petitions were admitted to be heard alongwith CWP No. 16605 of 1999 titled as 'Jai Bhagwan Sharma and others v. State of Haryana and others'.

The said petition i.e. CWP No. 16605 of 1999 titled as 'Jai Bhagwan Sharma and others v. State of Haryana and others' has already been decided by the Division Bench of this Court on 11.02.2009, hence the present petitions be also disposed of in the same terms and conditions. 3.

Accordingly, the present petitions stand disposed of in above terms. 4.

Civil miscellaneous application pending, if any, is also disposed of. 5.
