At this stage, counsel for the respondents has brought to the notice of the court that the civil suit titled 'Dushyant Bansal v/s Sarwan Kumar and others', pending between the parties, has since been decided by learned trial Court, vide judgement dated 19.03.2024, copy whereof has been suplied today, which is taken on record. In view of the same, the counsel submits that the present revision petition, which is an offshoot of the civil suit, be dismissed as having become infructuous. In view of the same, the present revision petition is hereby dismissed, as having become infructuous.
