VERSUS
V.V.Parshant and another RESPONDENTS CORAM : HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE MAHESH GROVER
1. Whether reporters of Local Newspapers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2. To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest ? Present:- None for the petitioner.
Ms.Tanu Bedi, Advocate for the respondents.
MAHESH GROVER, J.
Since no one has appeared to argue the revision petition which is directed against an acquittal, I have perused the impugned judgment which is common to Cr.A.No.2157-SB of 2003 where an acquittal has been awarded to the appellant therein.
I do not find any reason to upset the acquittal awarded to the respondents in the revision for the reason that a perusal of the evidence in the entire matter indicates no role attributed to the respondents in either raising demands of dowry or causing harassment to the deceased. Revision is dismissed.
