(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 200 dated 27.07.2017 under Sections 354/ 506/ 341 IPC, registered at Police Station City Kapurthala. This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 16.03.2018 :- "Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the matter has been compromised between the parties as would be evident from Annexure P-2 and prays for grant of anticipatory bail. It is also submitted that the petitioner is ready to join investigation.
Notice of motion for 21.05.2018.
