(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 200 dated 27.07.2017 under Sections 354/ 506/ 341 IPC, registered at Police Station City Kapurthala. This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 16.03.2018 :- "Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the matter has been compromised between the parties as would be evident from Annexure P-2 and prays for grant of anticipatory bail. It is also submitted that the petitioner is ready to join investigation.

Notice of motion for 21.05.2018.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Satyawan 2018.05.22 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
